League Documents

In an effort to encourage consistency, a number of form documents are available for use by our affiliated organizations as follows:

1. Interested in joining the EWFL, please submit an EOI (Expression of Interest) to [email protected], we will call you after EOI is submitted.  Deadline for review each season is May 1st before each season.

2.  Returning or newly accepted organizations must submit an Affiliation Agreement each season by June 1st to be scheduled in league games and must pay league fees July 1st.  2024 affiliation agreement.pdf
   
3. Organizations may submit requests for Rules Review by completing the following form.

4. Prior to participation on game day, each organization must complete a Player Roster and Participant Verification Form including a State Issued ID.

5. Prior to the season, all volunteers and coaches must comply with league rules by completing a background screen, and, if coaching football, complete USA Football certifications.  Prior to approving volunteers and coaches for the season, a Volunteer Roster must be submitted with documentation of requirements above.

6.  Once a child signs up to play with a team and practices with that team for one week, he shall not be allowed to switch teams to another town unless the Area Director is notified through disclosure form and approved by the League Commissioner.

7. Rules Violation and unsportsmanlike conduct by our organizations and their participants may be submitted by completing the attached form.

8.  Do you have feedback, concerns or questions regarding the officiating staff, the league will receive constructive feedback by completing the game day Official Evaluation Form.

Each Season the East Wake Football League uses a shared Google Drive that is available to each affiliated program's Director and assigns. The Google Drive will serve as the clearinghouse for APPROVED Volunteer Rosters and Team Rosters.  Please email [email protected] for this link each season.  The EWFL does not post any potentially sensitive documents on this drive other than those documents deemed necessary to preserve the consistency and accountability of league play.
